Our cruise changed again!

I have found a great cruise discount website!  www.vacationstogo.com  Basically, their prices are no different than what is offered elsewhere, EXCEPT that on some cruises, they are much, much cheaper.  They are able to do this because they book a large number of rooms, thus getting the group rate.  We found a 7 day cruise that would have been hundreds more booking directly through the cruiseline.  So, for only $218.56 more than our 5 day cruise, we’re going on a 7 day!  That is total, not per person!!  Crazy stuff.  Plus it’s on a newer, much nicer ship; the Carnival Glory. 

So, we’re off to:Nassau, St. Thomas, & St. Maarten!

Dave’s 30th birthday cruise

Last month I surprised Dave with a birthday cruise for his 30th birthday.  We planned on taking the same cruise that I went on with my sisterchicks last year for my 30th birthday.  It was a 4 day Carnival cruise to the Bahamas.  Why would I pick the same cruise?  Well, first off, I had a blast.  Secondly, it’s all about money, baby!  Well, plans have changed.  Dave’s parents offered to upgrade our cruise as a birthday present for Dave!  Now, we are taking a 5 day Carnival cruise to the Western Carribbean- Cozumel and Cayman Islands to be precise!  I am so very excited. I’m off in a few hours to go on my cruise with my Sisterchicks: Mandi, Mandy, Amanda, Staci & Kristen. We are driving to Lady Lake, Fl, and staying in a hotel, thanks to my generous in-laws!  Thanks, guys!  Then we leave in the morning to go to Port Canaveral and we’re off!  Four days in the Bahamas.  I can’t wait!  Goodbye!

So, I’m leaving for my cruise tomorrow, and I think I broke my freakin toe!  I kicked it on the leg of the couch and it is swollen, bruised and hurts like heck!  …just my luck…  I tried to get a picture of it, but they’re all blurry or just ugly!
